Layer 1:Hullgard Extra
Hullgard Extra sticks to any substrate, including aluminum, steel, fiberglass and Max Cor CF, providing anticorrosive protection and providing the perfect base for filling and fairing compounds such as Awlfair LW. Requires no sanding, making application quick and easy, even over large areas. Longer overcoating window, can leave Hullgard Extra for up to 6 months.

Layer 2:Awlfair LW Standard
By profiling your boat with a Filler it will give you the best aesthetical appearance whether it’s levelling, smoothing surface imperfections or to produce the shape you desire. Improving the profile and appearance of the overall paint system.

Layer 3:High Build
High Build provides a robust, stable surface for your undercoat and topcoat, covering any gouges, dents, pinholes or other surface imperfections. Has excellent sag resistance, allowing for high build levels and excellent filling capabilities. Is a sealer to protect the filler from solvent absorption and to enhance overall system appearance.

Layer 4:545 Epoxy Primer
545 Primer allows you to achieve the maximum gloss and distinction of image from your topcoat. Seals surfacing primers ready for the final layer, combining corrosion resistance with strong adhesion to aluminum, steel, fiberglass and wood. Excellent sanding properties giving you the opportunity to achieve the best surface appearance.

Awlcraft SE basecoat to be used as colored basecoat under Awlgrip HDT Clear or Awlcraft 2000 Clear. Tailored to deliver a boundless palette of special effect, metallic and pearl colors (>15000).

VOC compliant superior-quality clearcoat to be used as the final layer above Awlcraft SE basecoat. Best in class finish system with longest Awlgrip warranty. Tailored to deliver the ultimate performance in terms of gloss, color retention and protection.
